NOTE
The customer is responsible to count and check for missing or damaged items upon delivery.
If items are damaged or missing, the customer needs to call and report any problems immediately.
Upon pick-up, adjustments will not be made if not reported prior to pick-up.
A fifty percent deposit is required to guarantee tent reservationsThe deposit holds the tent rental and will be applied to the total bill deposits on tent rentals are Non-refundable
Payment in full is due on or before delivery or pick up of items

Pricing
Prices quoted are for a one time charge unless otherwise noted. Please call our office for long term rates, if you desire to use rental items for a longer period.
Delivery
Delivery is available based on a mileage round trip fee. Please call for quotes. Arrangements for special deliveries must be made prior to the event.
Pick-up & cleaning charges
All items should be assembled in an single location. Tables and chairs should be knocked down, stacked, and ready for easy pick up. All of our dishes are sanitized, wrapped, and ready for immediate use. Please return al l dishes thoroughly rinsed and in their appropriate racks. Remove all plastic wrap even from dishes not used. All linens should be folded, debris free, and stacked, along with the hangers. A charge will be applied if pick up and cleaning conditions are not properly met.
Labor charges
Labor charges will be levied on a per man per hour basis according to time and equipment required to complete the job. This includes such things as set up and break down of items, power washing dishes, carrying rental item s above ground level, etc. Please call for further information.
Damage waiver
Rappahannock rentals/party line applies a non-refundable damage waiver to the cost of all rental equipment. This cost covers reasonable wear and tear on the equip - ment and is not insurance. The renter is respnsible for damage, theft, vandalism, misuse, abuse or missing equipment. Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from the time of delivery to the time of return. We do charge a replacement cost for missing and/or broken equipment.
